Ayushi Jha brings six years of expertise in Risk Management and Corporate Security and today serves as a Shift Manager at Microsoft GSOC (embedded through Johnson Controls).

Her professional journey began at Vedanta, followed by impactful roles at Flipkart and Meta (embedded through Pinkerton), where she managed diverse aspect of security operations. Ayushi’s academic credentials are equally impressive—she holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, an M.Tech in Quality Management from BITS Pilani, has completed Executive Program in Operations Management from IIM Indore and has also completed various certifications.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ayushi is passionate about traveling and playing chess, always seeking new challenges both on the board and in life.
