As the Chief Executive Officer of KRAS (Kalyani Rafael Advanced Systems), Jayaram is at the forefront of defence manufacturing and strategic collaborations among various partners in the industry. He has driven substantial business growth, achieving significant increase in revenue and profitability. He has thorough understanding of business opportunities and technology need to strengthen the capabilities of Indian Defence Forces aligning with #atmanirbhar initiatives.

Manufacturing & Quality: He is an advocate for quality and operational excellence, having achieved zero defects and nil safety incidents. He ensured the manufacturing facility adhered to all norms of the defence manual for industries by enhancing process controls and upskilling the team.

Manufacturing, Production & Supply Chain Expertise: Drawing on his experience as General Manager (Production) at the Army Base Workshop, Jayaram has direct, large-scale experience in the complete manufacturing and supply chain lifecycle. He spearheaded overhaul operations of operationally critical electronic & communication equipment with a workforce of over 800 technicians.
He championed innovative solutions and indigenization of spares, leading to substantial cost savings and managed the tendering and procurement processes.
