Pearl D’Souza is the Global Intelligence Training Manager at Emergent Risk International (ERI), where she designs and delivers cutting-edge training for intelligence professionals worldwide. With over eight years of experience in the private security and intelligence sector, Pearl has led regional analysis across APAC and Europe, and previously served as ERI’s APAC Regional Lead.
 

A seasoned speaker and facilitator, Pearl has presented at numerous industry conferences and webinars, including as a main stage panelist at OSAC’s 2024 Annual Briefing in Washington, D.C. Her expertise spans geopolitical risk, threat analysis, and professional development in the intelligence field. Pearl also heads ERI’s Internship Program, where she mentors emerging analysts and champions inclusive, skills-based pathways into private intelligence.
