Major Samrat (Retd) serves as the Intelligence Manager at Lloyd’s Technology Centre, bringing over a decade plus of specialised experience in intelligence, operational planning, and risk assessment from his tenure in the Indian Armed Forces. Since joining the organisation on 26 April 2024, he has been responsible for evaluating emerging geopolitical, security, and technology-driven threats, and translating them into clear, actionable intelligence that supports strategic leadership decisions. His work enables the organisation to anticipate risks, enhance preparedness, and strengthen overall resilience.

In addition to his intelligence responsibilities, he is entrusted with undertaking PSOC operations, ensuring effective real-time monitoring, incident management, and coordinated security responses across the enterprise. Recognised for his disciplined approach, analytical precision, and ability to distil complex information into practical insights, Major Samrat contributes significantly to the maturity of the organisation’s security and intelligence functions, supporting a proactive and informed risk management culture.
