Saurav Chatterjee is a seasoned security and resilience professional with over 23 years of experience spanning corporate security, crisis and incident management, business continuity, and information security. As Vice President for Crisis Management and Business Resiliency at State Street, he oversees incident management and business continuity initiatives across Asia-Pacific, providing strategic guidance to ensure organizational preparedness and reputation management.
Prior to joining State Street, Saurav led security operations and resilience for Asia Pacific at McKinsey & Company, where he played a pivotal role in navigating major crises in the region and beyond. His career also includes significant contributions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he trained leadership teams on crisis management and business continuity, and managed critical incident responses across the region.
Saurav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from the Army Institute of Technology, University of Pune, and is certified as a Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) from DRII, BS 25999 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and ISO 31000 certified. He is an active member of the Asia Crisis and Security Group (ACSG).
Passionate about history, current affairs, and hands-on repair projects, Saurav is also an avid ornithologist, philatelist, numismatist, and art enthusiast.
