Col Sushil pradhan has over 35 years of operational experience, with the last 13 years of extensive expertise in evolving de-risking strategies for corporate clients in challenging geographies and emerging markets; hands-on trouble-shooting in Iraq, Asia Pacific (China, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Japan, Singapore), Africa, and distressed regions of India.

Invited speaker in influential security forums such as ACSG, OSAC, IOSH, and ASIS (India and Dubai); at the Duty of Care Conference (in London, New York, and Singapore), and at other professional conferences in Dhaka, Manila, Colombo, and Beijing. Presently he is leading the UK and Europe markets for MitKat, from the London office.
He has immense experience and expertise in geo-political and socio-political risk analysis and has been a trusted security solutions advisor to clients. He created an industry-acclaimed, unique service that provides Risk Intelligence & Information Services (now with an AI-based threat intel platform 'datasurfr') to over 200 multinational clients. Led and trained hand-picked team of risk analysts for predictive analysis. Mentoring a long-running program for internships in geopolitics and risk analysis.

Col Pradhan has planned and conducted Crisis Simulation Exercises for corporate management teams in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Cybersecurity aspects; created and conducted customized security/safety training packages. He has been a leading consultant for Data Centre security, design, and audits, conducted Threat Vulnerability Risk Assessments for Data Centres from China to Japan and multiple locations across the APAC region.
Prolific published author in professional journals, both military and corporate risk. Continues writing for military journals and speaking at military forums.

Prior to his corporate consulting role, in over 22 years of military service, he has handled a variety of combat, instructional, staff, and multi-national assignments. Awarded for gallantry in Counter-Terrorist operations.
Led multinational troops in a UN Peacekeeping Mission in West Africa (Sierra Leone); and was a trainer for international UN peacekeepers (both in India and in Germany). Awarded the UN Medal. Combat trainer in tactics, anti-tank missiles, and fighting vehicles. At the military-strategic level, helped to create policy documents, doctrines, geo-political assessments, and geo-strategic approach papers. Certified scuba diver, trekking and rock-climbing aficionado, and hobby cyclist. Play squash, basketball, and swim for recreation.
