Tarun Kumar is a Safety & Security professional with 25 years of experience in the large organizations with vivid business natures. Presently working with Adobe Systems India Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Regional Manager Safety & Security. Tarun holds bachelor’s degree in science. Currently, Tarun is Co-Chairman of the OSAC Delhi Chapter.

Anuruddha currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the OSAC New Delhi. He also oversees security, safety, and business continuity portfolio at UNDP, overseeing operations in India. He joined UNDP after working for almost two decades at the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in India, Trident Limited, and Reliance Industries Limited in security, safety and risk management roles. His educational qualifications include a master’s in business administration and social work, as well as a bachelor’s degree in science and education from the Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Bhopal. He holds certificates in Security Programme (SCP) from the UN Staff College and in Procurement and Supply Operations from CIPS. He is Certified Protective Professional (CPP®) from ASIS.

Ankush is a seasoned Risk Management leader and has led global teams and programs for Fortune 500 companies. Ankush has over 20 years of leadership experience, working with executives across the globe in developing operational risk/resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management and risk management solutions that protect people and sustain business during disasters. Ankush holds a MBA and is member of India 2020- Think Tank team and associated with various industry risk related organizations. OSAC, ISACA, BCI, DRI etc.

Ankush has has been strategic advisor to various management teams across the globe on building and enhancing robust, agile and nimble security and continuity solutions. He has led organization crisis response efforts for numerous regional/global crisis events Japan Earthquake Thailand Flooding, Mumbai (India) Attacks, Paris terror attacks and Chennai (India) Flooding etc.

Hervirender Singh, CCTP is the Director – Global Security Operations, India and Middle East at The Walt Disney Company. Prior to Disney, he was the Area Senior Manager, Global Safety & Security, South Asia for Marriott International. Prior to that, he was the Country Security Director at Marriott for 5 years. Prior to Marriott, he has worked with ITC Hotels, Radisson and Jaypee Group.

Suraj Shankhpal is currently the Executive Director and Head Corporate Security – I&P for Wells Fargo. Prior to WF, he was Director – Forensics Services at PwC, Director – Global Corporate Services and Head of Corporate Security – India at UBS, Executive Director – Office of Global Security at Goldman Sachs and the Assistant Chief Security Officer at Trident, BKC. He has also served in the Indian Army as a Captain in an Infantry Unit.

Joydip is an Indian Navy veteran having served the Nation in several Frontline ships across the country and abroad as well for 15 years. Post retirement from the service on 2007, Joydip worked in leadership profiles at Logistic & IT industry before joining in hospitality industry in 2014.

Manager and Security Specialist with 18+ years of experience in Corporate and National Security, working with IBM Corporate Security, India/ South Asia Team, based out of Kolkata (West Bengal) presently handing Eastern, North-Eastern India and Dhaka, Bangladesh. This includes 13+ years of Corporate Security experience and 5 Years of National Security experience with Border Security Force, (193 Battalion) Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Sagar is a Border Security Force Veteran having served the Nation at Indian Borders at Bangladesh & then in Counter-Insurgency Role in Militancy infested North-East India.

Anubhav Mishra has wide-ranging knowledge and experience in asset protection, business resiliency and crisis management. Anubhav is currently working as Consultant & Regional Head of Global Security Operations at Dell Technologies for APJ (Asia Pacific & Japan). Anubhav holds an MBA in HR (ICFAI University, Hyderabad), Masters in eCommerce (Institute of Management Studies, DAVV - Indore), Bachelor of Science (Bhopal University).

Anubhav has a good exposure to domains such as Network & Cyber Security, Ethical hacking, Disaster Management and Supply Chain Management. Anubhav completed a leadership development program from Dell L&D in coordination with IIM Bangalore. Vipin brings over 15 years of expertise in Corporate Security, Safety, and Risk Management. Currently, he serves as the Senior Manager of Security Operations at Oracle Cerner Healthcare Solutions. His diverse career spans various industries, including Aviation, Cruise, Manufacturing, and Hospitality.  Vipin holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications, along with an MBA in Quality Management Systems. He is also an active member of the ASIS International Bangalore chapter. He has conducted numerous seaport assessments in countries such as Italy, France, Norway, and Greece. Throughout Vipin’s career,he has effectively led teams, fostering a culture of vigilance, preparedness, and continuous improvement. He is adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs. Vipin’s commitment to excellence has resulted in the successful mitigation of security risks and the establishment of resilient security architectures. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from BTL Institute Of Technology, providing him with a strong technical foundation to navigate the complexities of modern security challenges.

Ashish started his corporate journey after serving in the elite Armoured Corps of the India Army. Before starting his second innings, Ashish did an executive course in MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM - Lucknow), Lucknow and started working at Delhi Airport with an Air Logistics company called Cargo Service Center. After Cargo Service Center, Ashish joined the world’s oldest consultancy firm - Pinkerton, and started working from Pinkerton India Head Quarters in Delhi National Capital Region. After an exciting stint with Pinkerton, Ashish moved to Hyderabad in 2016 and joined Synchrony (erstwhile GE Capital) as the head for Regional Security & Crisis Management. Ashish currently heads Regional Security, Crisis Management & Facilities for Synchrony and is the Private Co-Chair for OSAC Hyderabad Chapter. He is PCI (Professional Certified Investigator) certified and has completed ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management System), Lead Auditor and ISO 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) Lead Auditor certification.

With a vast experience of the Hospitality industry, Prashanth acts as the OSAC Hyderabad Chapters connect with the Hospitality industry in Hyderabad.  He is the Safety & Security Manager at Park Hyatt, at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad since Feb 2020. He is an Business diploma holder from Victoria Australia. And worked for Chubb Security Services in Australia from 1996 to 2005. Since 2006 before joining Park Hyatt he has worked for various International hospitality industries like Accor, Carlson Rezidor, Marriott Hotels.

John Paul Manickam leads for the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), Chennai Chapter. He is an Associate Director with the Joint Security Intelligence Center (JSIC) for Cognizant. JSIC monitors the complete global footprint of Cognizant (over 50+ countries and 300+ facilities) and he leads a team of excellent Intelligence Analysts. John is a passionate Security professional & a vibrant leader with over 19 years of experience in Corporate Security, Intelligence & Analysis, Travel Risk Management, GSOC / Command Center operations and expertise in overall Security operations.  He is also a Criminologist, a Gold medallist from the University of Madras in 'Criminology & Criminal Justice Science’; a Lifesaver, a trainer in Life Safety skills, and a passionate academician. John is a passionate public speaker on Life Safety, Situational awareness, with over 15000 civilians trained in First Aid & CPR in the last 14 years. His passion towards developing and grooming young security professionals has helped 1000s of students/youngsters to build their careers in Corporate security.

Sailapathy Rajendran is the Vice-chair for the Chennai chapter and is currently the head of Physical Security for Comcast based out of Chennai. He is a seasoned security professional with over 19 years of experience in Corporate Security and Administration across diverse industries. His previous stints were with BNY Pershing, HCL Technology, Intelenet Global Services, Hotels, and Security service sectors. With a Master’s in Criminology and Criminal Justice Science, he specializes in developing security infrastructure, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. His expertise spans security framework development, policy conceptualization, and adherence to industry standards. He holds certifications as an auditor for OSHAS, ISMS LA, and Disaster Management, in addition to being a Certified First Aider with Basic Life Support training from the Indian Red Cross. His career has been marked by accolades within organizations and esteemed industry circles, affirming his commitment to excellence in the field of security.

J F Andrews is the Secretary for the Chennai chapter and currently with Wells Fargo as a Senior Corporate Security Specialist (Sr.AVP) based out of Chennai.  He holds a Post graduation in Tourism Management and he has completed IATA (International Air Transport Association) certification . This exposure in aviation persuaded him to begin his career in safety and security of the travellers. Andrews had stints with Air Deccan, Sri Lankan and Kingfisher airlines before moving to the financial sector. His previous stint was with BA Continuum and  Andrews possess over 20 years of experience across aviation security and corporate security. He is a Steering Committee member and has been an active member of OSAC Chennai chapter for the last 7 years.
